ANNOUNCEMENTS – Thursday, May 10, 2017

All jr. high baseball uniforms must be turned in to Coach Hahn before you leave tomorrow.

Girls who signed up to tryout for Jr. High or High School Volleyball next year will have a meeting today at 2:45 in the auditorium.

Lunch charges are posted on the bulletin board.  Amount listed is what was owed as of yesterday.  If you plan on eating in the cafeteria today and/or tomorrow, that amount will need to be added to the total listed.

The following students have a library fine, owe a library book, or both.  You will be charged the price of the book if they are not turned in tomorrow morning.  They are:  Morgan Bullock, Isaiah Hobbs, Heaven Johnson, Ethan Krause, Paige Moyle, David Nava, Yakelin Ramirez, Kayla Reeves, Erika Rodriguez, Sammy Roso, Sierra Talley, and Sean Williams.  A list is posted on the bulletin board of the amount owed, along with the name of the book.

Report cards will be mailed out next Tuesday, May 16th.

Tomorrow is the final deadline to purchase a 2016-2017 Hornet Yearbook.  We will only order the number of yearbooks that have been sold so there will not be any extras to buy when they come in.

Our High School Baseball team will play at Bloomfield today at 4:30  Bus will leave at 3:00.

All lunch charges, library fines, and uniforms must be turned in before you leave tomorrow.  You will not receive your grades until everything is taken care of.

We will begin locker cleanup at 1:30 today.  We will begin with the 7th grade.  An announcement will made over the intercom when to dismiss students.

Since several of you didn’t make it to the High School Awards Assembly, we want to retake the perfect attendance and honor roll pictures for the yearbook.  After each grade cleans out lockers this afternoon, they will need to meet in the auditorium to retake the pics.

Our summer school program will begin on May 22nd and will go through June 19th.  If you have violated the attendance policy or need to make up credits, you will need to make plans to be here during these 4 weeks.  We will be informing the students, by next Tuesday, if they will need to attend summer school.

Permission forms for the Six Flags band trip must be turned in to Mr. Dunbar ASAP.

Students in grades 7-11 interested in getting a team together for the Dodgeball Tournament tomorrow should sign the list posted on the bulletin board by the end of the day. We will not be on an abbreviated schedule tomorrow.  Students will go to 1st and 2nd hours then report to the gym immediately after 2nd hour for the Dodgeball Tournament.

Our Jr. High Awards Assembly will begin at 10:00 this morning.  All students should report to their 3rd hour class.  After taking roll count, teachers can dismiss them to the auditorium for the assembly.

School will be dismissed at 12:15 tomorrow for Summer Break!  Students who walk or drive can leave at the noon bell tomorrow.
