Holcomb School District R-III Site Update
Thanks for visiting HolcombSchools.net/HolcombSchools.com (collectively the “Web Site,” “us” or “we”). We have redesigned the web site in order to allow visitors easier access to all of our online tools we offer. Throughout the rest of the 2011-2012 school year, this web site will continue to add more features that allow parents and teachers to more effectively meet the needs of our students.
New items that have been added with this update:
1. Breakfast Menu. When we launched the lunch menu pdf in August of 2011 it instantly became one our most downloaded items on our web site. Now we have introduced the Breakfast Menu in both a viewable jpg image and downloadable, printable PDF.
2. Easier Navigation. On this update to the web site we have made access to links a little easier to find and less cluttered. Now anything you need to find can easily be located on the dropdown menu or through our web site's sitemap (still in development). Also, say goodbye to constantly having to hit the “back button”, now the lunch menu, counselor’s corner and stinger newsletter are all available to read from within the web site as viewable jpg images and they are still downloadable to print as a pdf if you prefer that option.
3. Mobile Version. We are proud to be one of the first districts in this area to offer a mobile friendly version of our web site. With so many users now accessing the internet by means of mobile devices, we believe that offering a mobile version to these users will allow them the same great access to all of our content without the frustration of experienced through browser incompatibility.
