Announcements – Wednesday, August 26th 2026

If you drive to school you need a vehicle tag! The one you had last year will not work. The deadline to get one is next Wednesday, September 2nd. 

Students in grades 8th – 12th that played a sport or were in the pep band last year, you may come by the office in between classes to pick up your season pass to all home games. The deadline to pick one up is Wednesday, September 2nd. 

The deadline to register for the October ACT is Friday, September 11th. 

Our first meetings day will take place this Friday, August 28th. Teachers – sign up list is on the bulletin board. 

All of the paperwork that you received the first day of school in your class meetings is due this Friday (8/28) . Take the paperwork home, have a parent/guardian fill it out and turn it into your 1st hour teacher ASAP! 

Online Registration that will need to be filled out by a parent/guardian by this Friday (8/28). If your family needs help filling this out please have them call the high school office. 

If your parents choose to purchase chromebook insurance for the 26-27 school year when they completed their online registration you can bring your $40 to the office in between classes. 

Attention 7th Grade: You must enter your lunch pin if you go through the line and get a tray in the cafeteria. When you exit the kitchen you need to stop at the desk and put in your pin. If you do not know your pin Mr. Campbell will let you know in your 4th Hour Study Skills class. 

There will be a Washington DC Trip parent/student meeting on Tuesday, September 1st at 5:30 p.m. in the Auditorium for students currently in 8th, 9th, 10th, or 11th grade. 

Just a few friendly reminders:

• The office does not exchange money or make change.
• Announcements are read over the intercom every day during 2nd hour. After they are read all students should receive an email to their school email with the announcements and they are posted on the bulletin board outside the office and on the school website. Therefore, students should have no excuse to not know what is on the announcements, when deadlines are, etc. 
• You must sign in and out at the office if you come to school late or if you check out early. You also must come to the office before you go anywhere outside the building, nurse, etc. 

School picture day is coming soon! 7th – 12th picture day will be next Thursday, September 3rd and elementary picture day will be on Friday, September 4th 

HS Volleyball and HS Fall Baseball will have their sports pictures taken on Thursday (9/3). Players should make sure they have all parts of their uniforms on this day for pictures.
